System Description

MasterCoat ULTRA DP delivers a durable, impact-resistant and slip-resistant surface with excellent resistance to abrasion, chemicals, and other physical or mechanical stresses. The system incorporates MasterCoat ULTRA MF as a base coat, followed by a full aggregate scatter whilst still wet. The surface is sealed with MasterCoat Coating. It withstands exposure to organic acids, dilute mineral acids, animal and vegetable fats, petroleum-based oils, and solvents. MasterCoat ULTRA DP is suitable for medium to heavy duty industrial settings exposed to chemicals and foot or forklift traffic. It is formulated for food and beverage environments and is HACCP International certified food-safe.

HACCP Certification

MasterCoat ULTRA systems have been HACCP International certified as food-safe for use in facilities operating a food safety management system based on HACCP principles. These systems are seamless, monolithic, impervious and nonporous, as such they do not support microbial growth.
